Orrick antitrust partner Jim Tierney has been named to the American Lawyer’s 2016 Lateral All-Star roster, a list recognizing 25 of the year’s most notable and intriguing lateral moves.
Jim joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office this past August after a twenty-two year career at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he served as chief of the Networks and Technology Enforcement Section of the Antitrust Division since 2006.
