Texas Lawyer showcased Orrick alum Tracy Preston in a recent story about her work as Neiman Marcus’s senior vice president and general counsel. In anticipation of the holidays, the article focuses on Preston’s role in weighing in on the legal aspects of Neiman Marcus’s “fantasy gifts,” which are featured in their Christmas Book and result in a donation to the Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation when purchased.
Preston was a partner in Orrick’s employment practice in our San Francisco office, and worked at Orrick from 1997 to 2002, when she left for an in-house position at Levi Strauss & Co. Following this role, she joined Neiman Marcus.
