Orrick has advised HashiCorp., a San Francisco-based open-source software startup, in its $24 million Series B financing round. Led by GGV Capital, the round included existing investors Mayfield and True Ventures and new investor Redpoint. The financing will allow HashiCorp to hire and grow within its engineering, support, marketing, and sales teams and continue its mission of solving the most challenging problems in infrastructure and application delivery.
Orrick has been advising HashiCorp since 2014. The Orrick team advising HashiCorp was led by Technology Companies Group partner Augie Rakow and included assistance from James Wong, Andrew Barlow and Kyle Ridenour.
