Orrick advised Jechange.fr, a France-based utility bill comparison website publisher, in the sale of an undisclosed stake in the company to Ardian Croissance, a fund controlled by private equity firm Ardian.
Founded in 2006, JeChange.fr is the leading free and independent comparison service aiming to help private individuals and businesses reduce their bills. This deal allows Jechange.fr to begin a phase of external growth, in France and abroad. The company is considering potential targets in Italy and Spain.
The Paris-based Orrick team included Saam Golshani, Barbara Jouffa and Julien Beloeil.
