Orrick announced today that Annalisa Dentoni-Litta has joined the firm as a partner in its structured finance practice, resident in Rome.
Dual qualified in Italy and New York, Annalisa earned her LL.M. from New York University School of Law. She advises domestic and international banks acting as arrangers, issuers and originators in covered bonds and illiquid assets securitisation transactions (particularly public receivables) and also provides counsel to banking and financial institutions on regulatory matters. Annalisa was named an Up and Comer in Capital Markets: Securitisation by Chambers Europe 2015.

Along with Annalisa, Nicolò Del Dottore joins as an associate in the firm’s Structured Finance Group in Rome.

In March 2015, Patrizio Messina was honored with LegalCommunity’s "Lawyer of the Year in Debt Capital Markets” award, while the Finance team earned the 2014 TopLegal award for "Law Firm of the Year in Debt Capital Markets."
