Orrick, Antitrust and Competition Partner Receive ILO 2014 Client Choice Awards

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s Washington, D.C., office and Antitrust and Competition partner Antony “Tony” Kim were selected by the International Law Office to receive 2014 Client Choice awards. Orrick’s D.C. office won an award for achievement in the firm category, and Mr. Kim received two awards, for the nationwide Competition category as well as in the Individual-D.C.-Competition category.

Mr. Kim was the exclusive recipient in the category of Competition in the Washington, D.C., market. The awards recognize law firms and partners around the world that stand apart for the excellent client service they provide.

The awards, which are determined by surveying only senior corporate counsel, focus on the ability to add real value to clients’ business above and beyond other players in the market. This year’s winners were chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments. Orrick partners were also honored last year with Client Choice awards.

Mr. Kim is a member of Orrick’s Litigation and Antitrust groups, and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Privacy, Data Security and Internet Safety Group. He represents clients in investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Federal Trade Commission, and in private actions related to antitrust merger and conduct matters. He also has an active counseling, investigations and litigation practice involving a broad array of consumer-facing issues, including data privacy, data security and breach management, and sales and marketing practices.
