Religious Freedom Claim by Prisoner to Be Presented to Ninth Circuit

​Seattle managing intellectual property associate David Keenan, supervised by securities litigation and regulatory enforcement partner Daniel Dunne, is representing a client through the Ninth Circuit’s pro bono program in an appeal of a decision granting summary judgment against him on his religious freedom claim filed under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act arising out of the confiscation of his religious medallion and writings in a Montana prison.
