The Daily Journal has named Annette Hurst to its Top IP Litigators list. This annual list recognizes 75 IP litigators in California whose achievements for clients have advanced intellectual property law in important and long-lasting ways.
Already named three times to the Daily Journal's Top IP Litigators list, intellectual property partner Annette Hurst was once again honored for her work on behalf of Supap Kirtsaeng in a landmark U.S. Supreme Court case that impacted the fate of the estimated $60 billion U.S. market of copyrighted goods manufactured abroad. Ms. Hurst also was recognized for her work on behalf of Brocade Communications Systems Inc. in an intellectual property dispute against A10 Networks. The dispute concluded with a $112 million award for Brocade and was named one of the Top Verdicts of 2012 by The National Law Journal.
