Mark Plumer Recognized as 'Client Service All-Star' by BTI Consulting

Orrick partner Mark Plumer has been selected as an “All-Star” in the 2013 BTI Client Service Report. Over a six month period, BTI Consulting Group conducted in-depth interviews with more than 240 corporate counsel from Global 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. The report highlights 307 exceptional lawyers nationwide that were identified by clients for their extraordinary client service, including exceptional understanding of the client’s business, superior value, exceptional legal skills and outstanding results.

Mr. Plumer, who chair’s Orrick’s Insurance Practice Group, has more than 25 years of experience representing policyholders in disputes with insurance companies. He has been involved in virtually every type of insured loss, including environmental, products and asbestos claims, as well as many types of business-related claims, including first party property damage and business interruption, fidelity, errors and omissions, and directors and officers losses.

Mr Plumer was one of only two policyholder-side lawyers nationwide to be recognized in BTI’s Client Service Report.

Chambers USA has recognized Mr. Plumer as a leading policyholder-side insurance lawyer every year since the publication’s introduction in 2004. Earlier this year, Mr. Plumer was named a “Local Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation.
