Orrick has again been named to Financial Times’ FT Law 25, according to the just-released U.S. Innovative Lawyers 2012 report. As the report describes, the FT Law 25 recognizes the most innovative law firms that “are bringing fresh thinking and practices to solving business problems in America.”

In addition to its overall recognition, Orrick was also one of only two firms to be recognized for two intellectual property wins, one involving an ITC win for Nintendo’s Wii technology and the other for its work on behalf of a Leading Tech Company (U.S.) in the “smartphone patent wars,” with each receiving a “highly commended” distinction. Orrick also received the highest ranking (“standout”) in the Business of Law category, in recognition of its project management, document review and Global Corporate Solutions services.
