Orrick Chairman and CEO Ralph Baxter has been named to Law360's Most Innovative Managing Partners 2012 list. The list recognizes ten managing partners who have adopted innovative approaches to law firm management and differentiated their firms in the increasingly competitive legal services market.
Mr. Baxter first received the honor in 2010 and is one of two managing partners to again earn a spot on the list. Law360 cited his continuous efforts to rethink traditional approaches to the delivery of sophisticated legal services through innovations like the Global Operations Center, which marked its tenth anniversary this year, and Orrick's pioneering talent model.
