Through our relationship with the Baruch Small Business Counseling Center, New York real estate associate Brent Saldana, supervised by New York banking and debt capitals market/corporate partner Bill Haft, is representing a Hispanic fashion designer who seeks to open a business designing men’s fashions. The client has over 20 years experience in the men’s apparel product development department of a large department store and now wishes to go out on his own.
