Alessandro De Nicola is member of Orrick's Global Board of Directors, Senior Partner of the Italian offices in Milan and Rome, and has acted as European Corporate Group Leader.

Alessandro has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, M&A, competition law and corporate governance. He has worked on complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions including acquisitions and corporate restructurings for some of the most important players in the market. He leads extensive corporate governance projects with a particular focus on Legislative Decree 231.

Riccardo Caselle, an Italian qualified lawyer, is of counsel in Orrick's Milan office and a member of the firm's Corporate Group.

Riccardo's practice mainly focuses on white-collar criminal defense and criminal liability of corporations as well as on regulatory enforcement, internal investigations, international sanctions and export control.

Riccardo also has broad experience in general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Valentina is an Italian qualified lawyer, associate in Orrick's Milan office and a member of the firm's Corporate Group.

Valentina developed an extensive experience in assistance and consultancy in favor of primary Italian and foreign companies, also listed companies, in white collar crimes (in judicial and extrajudicial fields).

In this regard, she has a specific experience in the implementation of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 relating to the criminal liability of legal entities. She provides assistance to numerous Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 of national and international companies both as an external consultant and as a member.
