The Sostegni-ter Decree, which came into force on 28 January, provides for a series of measures aimed at containing the effects of the so-called 'high utility bills'. Among these, of particular interest for renewable energy plants is Article 16. What are the main critical issues encountered by operators in the sector and how can an appeal be lodged?
