Jim Kramer Discusses SEC's Filing of New Insider Trading Complaint on Heels of Recent Defeats

Securities Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement partner Jim Kramer spoke with the Daily Journal about how the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is proceeding to bring new insider trading cases even though the agency has recently experienced a few trial losses.

"They are just not going to be deterred by losing. It's a key priority for them," Mr. Kramer said. "I expect it will continue to be a focus, particularly as the SEC develops more and more sophisticated forensic tools that allow them to identify unusual or suspicious trades."​
