Gary Siniscalco Discusses Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Investigations

“It's consistently inconsistent how poor many of these investigations are, not only for finding cause, but also for finding no cause. There should be no reason, in my view, why the commission should bring a case that they lose in summary judgment. That should not happen. There's got to be some further oversight,” Siniscalco said.
