Mexico City

The Digital Crimes Consortium (DCC) is an exclusive, invitation-only global forum hosted by Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit (DCU). Since its founding in 2009, DCC has convened law enforcement, cybersecurity practitioners, academics, and industry leaders to strengthen collective action against cybercrime. This PR-free convening, held under the Chatham House Rule, is designed to foster trust, enable candid dialogue, and build enduring cross-sector partnerships that drive coordinated responses to emerging digital threats.

Most recently hosted in Athens, Greece in March 2025, DCC welcomed participants from 39 countries and 167 organizations, featuring more than 60 expert presentations, 11 hands-on labs, and a SANS range event.

DCC 2026 will take place in Mexico City from March 10-12, 2026, in partnership with the Organization of American States (OAS). The 2026 theme, Securing the Digital Future: AI, Threats, and Trust, will explore the evolving threat landscape and the role of collaboration and emerging technologies in safeguarding the digital ecosystem.

Adam Rizzo will present on collaborative efforts with Microsoft DCU to disrupt threat actors across Europe, the UK, and the United States, highlighting the impact of coordinated, cross-border action against cybercrime.
