Michelle together with the other panelists will discuss how to structure a forensics investigation and craft report language to preserve confidentiality as well as the best ways to handle internal and external communications and minimize the risk of waiver. They will also address the latest recommendations with regard to two-track investigations and joint defense agreements.

Michelle Visser has extensive experience in defending companies that face the regulatory investigations, class action litigation, and payment card brand claims that frequently follow the announcement of cybersecurity incidents.
