Carine Mou Si Yan is a partner in the Banking and Finance practice group. For over fifteen years, she has advised French and international clients in the finance, energy and real estate sectors.
Admitted in both Paris and New York, Carine offers practical advice on both cross-border and French transactions.
She advises sponsors, lenders and public entities on their financing transactions. She is particularly active in projects involving the development of renewable energies and infrastructure.
She also advises on real estate financings across virtually all asset classes, including housing, hospitality, office, commercial, data centers, sports and health care facilities.
In addition, Carine has deep experience in restructurings, advising both creditors and debtors in sectors such as real estate, hospitality, transportation, energy and power distribution, and retail.

Patrick Tardivy, co-chair of Orrick's worldwide M&A and Private Equity practice.
Patrick advises French and international companies and investors on all aspects of corporate law in the context of acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganizations, including business carveouts and strategic alliances.
Patrick is particularly active in the energy and infrastructure fields as well as the tech sectors, working alongside investment funds, French and foreign groups, on both domestic and cross border transactions. Patrick also has significant experience in M&A projects with a focus in the real estate sector where he acts as lead counsel on high-profile transactions.
Recognized by the major international ranking guides, Patrick is valued by his clients for his "excellent business acumen that matches his solid legal expertise" (Legal 500 EMEA).
Prior to joining Orrick in 2016, Patrick was a partner in a Magic Circle law firm.
