Orrick's Düsseldorf Office is pleased to announce the launch of the "Orrick Japanese Workshop" series starting from September 2016, designed to support global Japanese companies in Germany. Each session of the Orrick Japanese Workshop series aims to provide practical tips on various legal topics such as antitrust and competition, data privacy, compliance, IP, employment, corporate/M&A, dispute resolution, etc.
Our first workshop will be on "Antitrust in Germany" focusing mainly on dawn raids by the EU Commission and the Bundeskartellamt, the German competition authority.

The workshop will be presented by Dr. Till Steinvorth, partner in Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP's office in Düsseldorf, who focuses on German and European antitrust law, with the participation of Kazuo Isshiki, a senior associate in Orrick's Düsseldorf/Tokyo Office.
There will be time set aside for questions and answers. After the workshop, there will also be a casual reception with drinks and snacks.
