Cacique drives complex M&A transactions across the energy and digital infrastructure sectors, guiding developers, sponsors and asset owners through acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures from structuring through closing.

He works closely with clients on high-value asset and portfolio transactions across renewable and conventional energy, including deals at the intersection of power, storage and data-driven infrastructure supporting large-scale data center platforms.

He is known for a pragmatic, deal-focused approach that aligns legal execution with commercial objectives and keeps transactions moving efficiently through signing and close.

Prior to joining Orrick, Cacique served a combined 14 years in the Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve, and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom.
