Justin Washington

Justin represents corporate clients in employment litigation matters, including single plaintiff wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation claims.

Justin's experience ranges from advising companies in pre-litigation disputes, to defending them in trial. He has worked on various civil litigation matters for diverse clients, including the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), financial institutions and technology companies. He also actively engages in pro bono litigation, most recently defending the right to vote free from threat or intimidation under established voter protection statutes.

Justin graduated cum laude from Michigan State University, College of Law. While in law school, he participated in the Trial Practice Institute, a two-year litigation-focused certificate program, where he drafted various pleadings, deposed witnesses, and conducted trials. Justin also served as Managing Editor of the Michigan State Law Review.
