Valentina is an Italian qualified lawyer, associate in Orrick's Milan office and a member of the firm's Corporate Group.
Valentina developed an extensive experience in assistance and consultancy in favor of primary Italian and foreign companies, also listed companies, in white collar crimes (in judicial and extrajudicial fields).
In this regard, she has a specific experience in the implementation of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 relating to the criminal liability of legal entities. She provides assistance to numerous Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 of national and international companies both as an external consultant and as a member.
Valentina also assists national companies on corporate secretarial issues.
