Elena advises on a broad range of structured finance transactions, focusing on collateralised obligation transactions (CLOs) and asset-backed leveraged (ABL) facilities to private credit funds, and delivers practical solutions and seamless execution on a variety of complex financings.

Elena specialises in corporate credit and has extensive experience across broadly syndicated CLOs and private credit ABL facilities. She represents European and US CLO managers throughout the warehousing and public issuance phases of CLO transactions and advises clients on the related EU/UK regulatory framework and risk retention compliance. 

Elena also acts for European and US bank and non-bank lenders on all aspects of private ABL facilities, including structuring and negotiating new financings, upsizes and amendments, and assists lenders with syndication of their positions and regulatory advice on the EU/UK securitisation regime, capital requirements and rules applicable to alternative investment funds.
