Lauren advises major players in the energy space on a broad range of project finance transactions, with a particular focus on debt and tax equity financings. Her experience spans multiple stages of the project lifecycle, including structuring, negotiating, and closing complex financing arrangements across a variety of asset classes such as solar, wind, battery storage, gas and infrastructure assets.
Lauren regularly helps clients navigate the legal and commercial issues that arise in project finance transactions, including coordinating among sponsors, lenders, tax equity investors, and other key stakeholders on complex debt, tax equity and preferred equity financing, joint venture arrangements, and project acquisitions and sales, bringing a practical and collaborative approach to helping clients move sophisticated deals efficiently toward a successful closing.
