Monica Perrigino is a Senior Associate in the Restructuring Group and is based out of Orrick's New York office.
Monica has broad experience in the restructuring and distressed industry both in and out of the courtroom. She regularly represents financial institutions, direct lenders, funds, investors and venture companies in bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, foreclosures, refinancings and other distressed debt transactions and litigation. She also advises both buyers and sellers in purchases and sales related to life insurance investments.
Monica is active in pro bono matters and has worked on multiple projects for New York Appleseed, the Center for Reproductive Rights, and Election Protection. Monica is also involved in the Orrick Women's Initiative and Orrick Cares events.
