Ian Busche is a Public Finance associate in Orrick's New York office.
Ian represents governmental issuers, underwriters, and borrowers across a wide range of public finance sectors. He has served as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and disclosure counsel in financings for single-family and multifamily housing, as well as tobacco revenue securitization.
Prior to joining Orrick, Ian practiced at another nationally recognized public finance firm.
