  • A solar developer in connection with a revolver loan facility to finance and scale development and construction of a distributed generation solar pipeline in the commercial and industrial space.
  • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing of a portfolio of wind and solar projects in Delaware, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia with a total aggregate capacity of approximately 719 MW.
  • A sponsor in connection with a debt and tax equity financing of an approximately 100 MW solar energy project located in California.
  • An infrastructure fund in its equity investment in and joint venture to construct a city-wide fiber network to be used by both business and residential locations in California.
  • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing of a solar project in Arizona.
