Tommy Li is a managing associate in Orrick’s New York office and a member of the Corporate department.
Tommy practices corporate and securities law with an emphasis on capital markets, M&A and private equity transactions.
He has experience in advising corporate clients and financial institutions on equity offerings (IPOs, follow-ons and de-SPACs), debt offerings, domestic and cross-border acquisitions and takeover bids, corporate governance, SEC compliance and general corporate matters.
