Brandon is a Senior Associate in Orrick's Restructuring Group, representing sophisticated corporate debtors, agent banks, senior lenders, unsecured creditors, strategic investors, and creditor committees in some of the most complex restructuring cases and transactions.
Based in New York, Brandon's practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representation of debtors, creditors, purchasers, and other interested parties in chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and related transactions. In addition, Brandon's work involves the coordination of multi-jurisdictional restructurings across the globe and high-profile litigation in the United States and abroad, with a particular focus on cross-border restructuring and Latin American insolvencies, and a developed expertise in chapter 15 proceedings.

Brandon has extensive experience assisting committees, including in the chapter 11 cases of National Cinemedia, SiO2, Envision Healthcare, Mr. Tortilla, Supply Source Enterprises, Channel Control Merchants, and, most recently, Linqto and IG Design.

- Represented GT Real Estate Holdings, LLC, a real estate holding company created to own and develop a new headquarters and practice facility for a National Football League team, as debtor counsel in a chapter 11 proceeding.*
- Represented an ad hoc group of U.S. bondholders in the chapter 11 cases of LATAM Airlines.*
- Represented the syndicate of structured finance lenders to Avianca Airlines in connection with litigation relating to Avianca's off-balance sheet credit card receivables financing seeking to unwind or recharacterize that transaction in Avianca's chapter 11 cases.*
- Representation of agent under US$1.8 billion secured credit facility to a Brazilian ultra-deep water drillship operating in connection with out-of-court consensual restructuring and recapitalization transactions.*
- Representation of Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A., provider of oil and gas contract drilling and production services in Brazil, in its restructuring of approximately US$1.5 billion of debt under project financing and working capital facilities and senior secured and unsecured notes through insolvency proceedings in Brazil and the British Virgin Islands and recognition proceedings under chapter 15 in the United States.*
- Representation of Oi S.A., a major Brazilian telecommunications company in connection with its cross-border in-court insolvency proceedings, related litigation, and the restructuring of approximately US$19 billion of prepetition obligations.*
- Representation of OAS S.A., a major Brazilian engineering and construction company in connection with its cross-border in-court insolvency proceedings, related litigation, and the restructure of its approximately US$9 billion of prepetition obligations.*
- Representation of senior secured lender group in connection with an out-of-court restructuring of the offshore supply business of Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Ltd. This transaction was recognized as "Industrials Deal of the Year (over $250MM)" by The M&A Advisor in 2017.*
- Represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Supply Source, Inc. and affiliates in their chapter 11 cases.
- Represented the Official Committee of Channel Control Merchants and affiliates in their chapter 11 cases.
