She represents individuals and companies across a broad range of industries in white collar defense, government and internal investigations, and anti-corruption and compliance matters. Dina has represented clients in criminal, civil, and regulatory matters in federal and state court, and in investigations brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and Multi-Lateral Development Banks, including the World Bank and African Development Bank.
Prior to joining Orrick, Dina was an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of an international law firm in the White Collar & Government Investigations practice group.
