A strong start to the year for the CLO market, our clients and Orrick. We are grateful to our clients for making Orrick the No. 2 CLO Arranger Counsel in Q1 2026, according to Octus, 9fin and Creditflux across global, European and U.S. categories.

We also earned No. 1 rankings for U.S. private credit arranger counsel and mid-market counsel.

Other highlights:

• Our London team advised on four European private credit CLOs – the first European middle-market and private credit CLOs issued, including the most recent multicurrency private credit CLO.
• 150+ CLO transactions totaling over $60 billion in the last six months across BSL, middle-market and private credit.
