Congratulations to Orrick’s Helen Pennock on her selection to the Bond Buyer's 2022 Rising Stars list, which recognizes leading municipal finance professionals under the age of 40. She is the firm’s seventh consecutive lawyer to be named to the Bond Buyer’s Rising Stars series, which launched in 2016.
At Orrick, Helen has developed a broad practice, working on novel and complex transactions across nearly every public finance industry, from general obligation, utility and transportation bonds, to financings for colleges, universities and cultural institutions, to tobacco securitization financings.
