Congratulations to our client Deel on its acquisition of Legalpad, a company dedicated to simplifying the work-visa process for founders, companies and their workforce.
Deel, a global compliance and payroll solutions platform, plans to integrate Legalpad’s team of mobility experts and software into its current immigration organization and improve its capabilities in product. Deel will also add Legalpad’s U.S. visa processing services to its existing ones so they can help process more visas in more countries, including France, Germany, the Netherlands and Singapore.
