Congratulations to our client Aptean on its acquisition of UK-based System Integration (Trading) Limited (“SI”).

SI’s fully integrated and modular food planning, enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution system (MES) and specialist sector software solutions are designed for the food production and processing industry.

Aptean is a leader in enterprise business software and provides targeted ERP, supply chain management and industry-specific software solutions. Aptean is owned by funds managed and advised by TA Associates, Vista Equity Partners and Charlesbank Capital Partners.

SI’s capabilities are highly complementary to Aptean’s current food and beverage offerings, providing additional vertically-focused ERP and MES solutions for the protein processing market.
