Congratulations to our client the United States Tennis Association (USTA) on the launch of their 2021 US Open Tennis Championships NFT (non-fungible token) collection. This inaugural NFT collection includes player NFTs and experiential prizes.

Orrick provided general corporate representation, as well as guidance regarding the NFT content, auction terms and NFT licenses. The Orrick team advising the USTA is led by Daniel Forester and includes Tamir Debbi.
