Our real estate group represented Swift Real Estate Partners on the ~$325 million acquisition of 1111 Broadway in Oakland, California, investing on behalf of its third institutional value-add fund. We also advised on the mezzanine and senior financings from the lender, an affiliate of Brookfield. The LEED Gold Certified, Class A office building was purchased from The University of California Regents and is currently 91% occupied with prominent tenants, including Merrill Lynch and HNTB Corporation.
