A cross-practice Orrick team in Paris advised STOA on its investment in GSEZ Ports, operator of the port of Owendo in Gabon, through the acquisition of a 10% stake from historical shareholder GSEZ.
A French investment fund created in 2017 by the African Development Agency and the Caisse des Dépôts, STOA now owns 10% of GSEZ Ports.
