Congratulations to public finance partners Mary Collins and John Wang on their selection to the Daily Journal's Top Development Lawyers list. This list honors California's top attorneys whose work in the development arena significantly impacted projects that are helping to shape the transformation of California's cities.
>Mary Collins, bond counsel to the Bay Area Toll Authority, was recognized for her "big hand in shepherding financing of the new $6.5 billion east span of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge" -- one of the most expensive infrastructure projects in California in the last 20 years. Ms. Collins was also touted for her work on behalf of the Riverside County Transportation Commission in the State Route 91 freeway improvement project.
John Wang, lead bond counsel to The Regents of the University of California, was recognized for numerous bond transactions on behalf of the University that involve the acquisition and construction of facilities across the University's nine campuses and five medical centers.
