Health Law Disruption: Talking Cybersecurity and Emerging Data Risks with the American Health Law Association

With the increasing vulnerability of health data and the proliferation of ransomware, the health law community must adapt to emerging cybersecurity threats. Partners from Orrick's Cyber, Privacy & Data Innovation Group partnered with the American Health Law Association (AHLA) to explore the legal framework that helps to protect health providers and systems from emerging threats to their patients’ data records and other private information.
