Evan will speak on a panel with Judge Thomas Horan of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware providing an “Overview of the U.S. Bankruptcy System and Procedures” and again on a panel addressing “Avoiding Powers – Augmentation of the Estate in Corporate Bankruptcy.” Lorraine will speak on a panel addressing the mechanics of “Chapter 11 Plans.”
