Through conversation among the panel and with the audience, the first session will address if international arbitration is providing the right framework for handling commodities disputes, and if so, what can it do better?

The second session will address if arbitration has met the challenges posed by the biggest themes (sanctions, bribery and COVID) in commodities disputes over recent years.

The session will be followed by networking with drinks.
