Young Lee and Matthew Neuringer to speak at the upcoming 2023 P3 Conference & Expo

Matthew Neuringer, partner, joins the panel discussion “Maximizing Funding and Monetizing Assets to Advance Sustainability Goals” on Monday, March 6, which will focus on how combining new Federal funding enhancements with asset monetization provides an opportunity for project owners to increase energy resilience and provide additional revenues while moving closer to their sustainability goals.

Young Lee, partner, joins the panel discussion “PDAs Offer Risk Management to Owners: What You Need to Know” on Tuesday, March 7, which will focus on how pre-development agreements work in practice since they require teamwork between the client's procurement arm and the developer from the start. PDAs provide an opportunity for earlier engagement on design and engineering in exchange for assuming project development costs.

The P3 Conference & Expo brings together leaders from states and localities, higher education institutions and public agencies with industry participants to discuss infrastructure challenges faced nationwide; and how innovations in project delivery, procurement, life cycle asset management and technology can help solve critical issues.
