Yesterday, the UK Government provided an update on the Future Fund in support of innovative companies facing funding difficulties due to COVID-19. Announced in April 2020, the full details of the Future Fund have now been published here and the electronic application process will go live on Wednesday 20 May 2020.

This webinar follows on from our previous briefing discussion on this initiative and we will explore:

  • the full eligibility criteria for applicants and which investors will be matched
  • the application process, including who and how, as well as likely timing
  • a reminder of the principal commercial and legal terms of the Future Fund
