Energy Credits – Watt to Do?: A discussion of current issues facing financial institution investors in energy tax credit partnerships (wind, solar), addressing BBA centralized partnership audit provisions with the tax equity investor in mind, the effect of repowering activity, handling tax risks arising from potential tax reform, plus other less well-known energy tax credit opportunities of current interest (storage, enhanced oil recovery).
