    One of the largest developers of “green” office and residential projects in the U.S. on the formation of Gerding Edlen Green Cities III, L.P., a US$350 million value added fund for the acquisition and development of a multifamily and office sustainable development. Also advised on the formation of its second fund, a US$250+ million value-added fund.
