Marine Lallemand is a Litigation lawyer in Orrick’s Paris office. She is devoted to assisting companies handling complex crises and sensitive disputes, whether corporate, commercial or financial.

With a substantial track record advising French and international industrials, services companies, technology and emerging companies (start-ups), financial institutions and investment funds, Marine has developed a particular know-how on insolvency, distressed M&A and contentious corporate matters such as shareholders’ disputes and post-acquisition litigation.
