Advised an international opportunity fund in a joint venture with a local real estate development company in the acquisition, development and financing of three infill development sites located in Oakland and Berkeley, California for the purpose of building 375 multi-family units and over 40,000 square feet of retail space.
Represented a real estate fund in a joint venture with a local property investment and management firm in the acquisition, construction financing and development of an approximately 310,000-square foot, to be completed Class A office campus in El Segundo, California.
Representation of a subsidiary of a global opportunity fund in the acquisition of vacant land in San Francisco, California to be developed with the assistance of a local development manager as a 124,000 square-foot mixed-use building over one subterranean parking level and an approximately 10,000 square-foot church/sanctuary.
Advised an international opportunity fund in a joint venture with a local asset manager in the acquisition and financing of an approximately 97,835-square foot, Class “B+” multi-tenant office complex located in a corporate park in San Diego, California.
Represented a real estate fund in the acquisition and financing of an approximately 100,000-square foot, Class “A-” multi-tenant office building in Santa Monica, California.
Represented an industrial-focused real estate opportunity fund in connection with a $22.8 million acquisition of a six-property industrial portfolio consisting of over 900,000 square feet in Chicago, Illinois.
Represented a joint venture in connection with a $64,400,000 acquisition, construction financing and development for the construction and renovations to a historic office building in San Diego, California.
Advised an international opportunity fund in a joint venture with a local asset manager in connection with a concurrent $40 million mortgage loan financing and a $20 million mezzanine loan financing for an office building located in a premier location in Los Angeles, California.
Representation a joint venture for the disposition of an approximately 90,000 square feet Class “A” office building located in Playa Vista, California, for approximately $48,000,000.
Represented a subsidiary of a global real estate fund in the acquisition and financing for an approximately 160,000 rentable square foot, Class B office portfolio comprised of three buildings located in San Jose, California.
