Elizabeth M. Harris is an associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the Compensation and Benefits Group.

Elizabeth's practice involves the representation of both public and private companies in connection with a range of employee compensation and benefits matters. She advises on the design, administration, and implementation of executive compensation and equity compensation arrangements, including severance arrangements, stock option plans, and executive employment agreements.

Her practice also covers tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, among other areas.

Prior to joining Orrick, Elizabeth was a federal law clerk to the Honorable David Gustafson at the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.
