Elizabeth M. Harris is an associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the Compensation and Benefits Group.

Elizabeth's practice involves the representation of U.S. and international public and private companies in connection with employee compensation and benefits matters. She advises on the design, administration, and implementation of executive compensation and equity compensation arrangements, including severance arrangements, stock option plans and executive employment agreements.

Elizabeth regularly works with large and fast-growth U.S.-based multinational companies on day-to-day global/local offer letters and employment contracts, termination and settlement agreements, HR policies and handbooks, and data privacy issues. She also counsels on employment, tax and equity-related implications in the context of U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Orrick, Elizabeth was a federal law clerk to the Honorable David Gustafson at the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.
