Andrew is partner in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, advising high-growth companies, their founders, and the investors that support them.

Andrew works closely with founders, officers, directors and venture capitalists in both Silicon Valley and Southern California on the formation, financing, continuing operations and successful exits of technology, mobile, media and entertainment and other venture-backed companies.

Prior to joining Orrick, Andrew served as a legislative adviser to Congress and a lobbyist for the University of Illinois, and worked for Deloitte advising companies on Sarbanes-Oxley tax compliance and building internal control systems.
